There is a lot of back and forth necessary to complete quests, and some players may find this to be tedious.
Each of the lands the characters explore is different and interesting, and the creatures to battle become more challenging and complex as things progress. The quests may be challenging to keep track of, as there is no log for requests from characters, but kids can simply keep playing until they stumble across the answer. Fans of the series will no doubt appreciate the humor and the character cameos, although there is no audible dialogue, so you can't hear their voices. Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd you steal our garbage?!! is a strange, yet engaging adventure game.
